L4 Network Security Expert
Scope
Work with customer technology teams to guide them on the usage of services and their functionality.
Provide subject matter expertise for network security components like firewalls, IPS, load balancers and WAF and how to utilize them in optimum way for service commissioning and stabilization.
Thoroughly understand the customer application requirements from a network and security perspective and coordinate with cloud operations and provisioning teams for quick support and faster service delivery.
Ensuring the Service Level Agreement (SLA) or OLA (Operational Level Agreement) of highest standards and Turn-Around Time (TAT) as agreed with customer are delivered by respective support functions.
Identify the repetitive tasks performed by the support teams which takes long times and results in customer dissatisfaction and register the improvement requirements with the central engineering team and provide domain expertise on network and security technologies.
