Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

L3 Java Support Engineer

to provide production support for Java-based applications. This role involves

troubleshooting, performance tuning, JVM/GC analysis, database optimization, and working with AWS-based microservices environments

.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

Level 3 (L3) support

for Java/Spring Boot applications and resolve complex production issues. Analyze and optimize

JVM performance, heap dumps, GC logs, and thread dumps

. Troubleshoot issues in

REST APIs, microservices, Spring Boot services

. Investigate and optimize

database queries (MongoDB/MySQL/Oracle)

, identify connection leaks, and configure DB connection pools. Work with

AWS cloud environments

(EC2, S3, CloudWatch, RDS) for monitoring and optimization. Use

Unix/Linux commands

for log analysis, scripting, and system checks. Collaborate with development teams for

Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

and long-term fixes. Document troubleshooting steps and provide recommendations for stability and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on in

Java, Java 8+, J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs

. Expertise in

JVM internals, GC tuning, heap/thread dump analysis

. Database skills:

MongoDB (preferred)

, MySQL, or Oracle. Experience in

AWS cloud services

and

microservices architecture

. Proficiency in

Unix/Linux commands

for troubleshooting. Good knowledge of

CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Maven, Git)

. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on critical escalations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
