About The Job:

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic L3 SCCM + Intune Specialist with strong hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune solutions.
• The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the modernization of our endpoint management, including automation, security compliance, and device lifecycle management.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead SCCM & Intune implementation projects end-to-end, including planning, architecture, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Design, build, and maintain modern device management solutions using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) and SCCM (MECM).
• Manage OS deployment (OSD), application packaging and patch management.
• Configure Conditional Access, Compliance Policies, Autopilot, and Endpoint Security baselines in Intune.
• Automate and streamline endpoint provisioning, updates, and software deployment.
• Integrate SCCM and Intune with Azure AD, Defender, and other Microsoft 365 security tools.
• Troubleshoot complex issues as L3 support and mentor L1/L2 teams.
• Ensure adherence to security compliance frameworks and IT governance policies.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, SOPs, and technical architecture.

Qualifications:

• Top 3 skills which is mandatory Proven experience in design & implementation of SCCM & Intune.
• L3 SCCM + Intune Specialist (Implementation Expert)
• Experience: 8-10 Years

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune in large enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of end-to-end implementation of Intune (Autopilot, MDM/MAM, etc.).
• Strong expertise in Windows 10/11 lifecycle management, patching, and compliance.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and remediation.
• Familiar with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Defender for Endpoint.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and service delivery excellence.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
