Key Responsibilities:
Monitor network devices, links, and services using NMS tools.
Respond to alerts and tickets raised for network issues.
Perform basic troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Handle connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) and escalate unresolved problems to L2/L3 teams.
Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain accurate logs in the ticketing system.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for link-related issues.
Ensure compliance with network security policies and procedures.
Provide remote support to branch offices and end-users for network connectivity.
