Job Description

:

Key responsibilities :Delivering technical support to field team on various LV & MV ASCO products, Homaya inverters. On-site intervention for commissioning, complex technical issues & critical spare parts replacement in ATS. OTC/AMC Execution support, Modernization support on ATS to Local Service teams in the country. Issue analysis and to lead technical discussions with customers on resolution and root cause analysis. Competency management of direct and partner engineers for LV & MV ATS. Work with Manufacturing, domain expert technical teams, Engineering, R&D and global teams on technical subjects. Product lifecycle management, Spare parts management & Forecast for LV & MV ATS Products Make sure that safety guidelines and execution discipline is adhered to. Build and share best practices with the global ecosystem. Adhere to Safety standards and KPIs Connect and coordination for Homaya inverter issues with R&D team - Bangalore. Travel & conduct regular trainings on ASCO products for Partners Engineers & L1 engineer and work with regional team in developing the competency on existing and new products.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electricals Minimum 5 years of hands on experience on LV & MV domain. Field Experience on LV & MV products. Knowledge of Electricals (Breaker, Contactors, Relays etc) Quick understanding of drawings schematics. Knowledge on Industrial communication (Modbus, serial.. etc)
