Qualifications:

• EXP- 5 to 8 years
• At least 2 years of experience managing Windows Server Infrastructure
• Experience managing and working with remote teams
• Ability to document procedures, create runbooks, and maintain knowledge bases
• Experience working with multi-national environments
• Requirements:
• English level: minimum B2
• Experience in Windows Server administration
• Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise Windows environments (performance, security, services)

Expertise in:

• Active Directory (AD)
• Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• DNS
• DHCP
• Certificate services

Virtualization & Cloud:

• Basic experience in VMware vSphere/ESXi administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with VMware vCenter (clusters, HA, DRS, storage policies, templates, snapshots, etc.)
• Basic expertise in Client Prism Central/Element and AHV hypervisor (N2C included)
• Automation & Scripting: Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, Python for automation of virtualization tasks (Ansible)
• Backup & Recovery:Familiarity with backup tools for virtual environments (e.g., Commvault, Networker)
