Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled
L2 Support Engineer
to provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues escalated from the Level 1 support team. You will act as the bridge between end-users and higher-level engineering teams, ensuring timely resolution, clear communication, and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle escalated technical issues from L1 support, ensuring prompt diagnosis and resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Collaborate with product, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve deep-rooted issues.
Analyze recurring incidents and recommend long-term solutions or process improvements.
Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and share best practices with the team.
Monitor systems and perform proactive maintenance to prevent downtime.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or related technical role.
Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows/Linux environments, networking, and common enterprise applications.
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or ITIL Foundation.
Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
