Job Description

In depth Knowledge and hand on experience of 4+ years on following:

WebLogic Administration knowledge Oracle DB working knowledge for checking any issues and for DB connection troubleshooting etc. Finacle 10.2.18 installation - Core, CRM, SVS, SSO Knowledge and working experience of various deployment models and options Application server/Finacle deployment related issue debugging and issue resolution CBC, FI configuration and Maintenance Server and application Logs analysis Application Server monitoring and reporting Setting up DR site and switch over and switch back from DC to DR and Vice versa Performance bottlenecks debugging and resolution.
L2 shall perform overall monitoring, management, smooth operations, support, troubleshooting, maintenance and administration to maintain uptime of application, including utilization of all important parameters and shall take necessary action based on detected problems or issues to maintain the utilization of all servers, devices below the threshold limit at any point of time
