Hiring for L2 Production -SQL Splunk-Bangalore/Hyderabad- CWR
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 support for production systems and applications.
• Monitor system health using Splunk dashboards and alerts.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and generate reports for recurring incidents.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate data and assist in issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation related to troubleshooting steps and known errors.

• 35 years of experience in application support or IT operations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (e.g., writing queries, joins, data analysis).
• Hands-on experience with Splunk (search queries, dashboards, alerts).
• Knowledge of incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux systems and basic scripting is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
