JD for L2 IT Support



Key Responsibilities



Server Management (Windows & Linux):



Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers.
Perform routine server maintenance, patching, updates, and performance monitoring.
Handle user management, permissions, services, logs, and system-level issues.

Firewall & Network Support:



Provide basic firewall support, including rule checks, port-level troubleshooting, and access control verification.
Assist in diagnosing network connectivity issues (VPN).

End-User Computing (EUC) Support:



Provide L2-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, Wifi, and IT peripherals.
Manage OS installations, upgrades, driver issues, software deployments, and configuration.
Troubleshoot enterprise applications, email, VPN login issues, and endpoint security tools.

Asset & Inventory Management:



Maintain accurate records of IT hardware, software licenses, and peripheral inventory.
Track new asset onboarding, decommissioning, and stock availability.
Ensure adherence to asset lifecycle management processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
