L2 Engineer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

CCTV installation & troubleshooting

Access Control Systems

hardware-level networking

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain

CCTV surveillance systems

and

access control solutions

. Perform troubleshooting and technical support for on-site hardware issues. Manage networking hardware such as switches, routers, and LAN/WAN setups. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. Prepare installation reports and maintain service logs. Provide Level 2 support for escalated issues from field teams or clients. Travel to client sites across the North region as per project requirements.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma or B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

2 to 5 years in CCTV systems, access control, and networking. Strong understanding of

IP cameras

,

NVRs/DVRs

,

biometric access control

, and network architecture. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and site layouts. Good communication and client-handling skills.
