Degree or Diploma in Computers/Networking. Good knowledge of dialer management

Eligibility:

Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in dialer management




Responsibilities:




? Managing Dialer operations


? Providing L1 Voice support


? Real Time PRI Monitoring


? Agent ID Creation/Deletion


? Creating and Managing campaigns


? Uploading/Re-churning Data on Dialer


? Agents Alignment & Real Time Monitoring


? Restricting Referral, PTP, DNC, Wrong numbers and Paid Accounts


? Filter change and strategy implementation




Technical Skills






? Degree or Diploma in computer science/Networking


? Knowledge of Dialer will be an advantage


? Good Communication Skills - English (Spoken & Written)




Additional Details:






? Should be flexible to work in a 7 Days working environment with rotational Offs


? Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts (Between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
