Position: L1 Support
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Education or related field.
Location: Mumbai - Kanjurmarg & Airoli
Experience Required: 1-3 Years
Job Summary:
L1 Support will be responsible for first-level issue resolution, job monitoring, and assisting end-users with system-related concerns.
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve minor system and application issues.
  • Monitor scheduled jobs and workflows across banking applications.
  • Perform first-level log analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Assist users with login issues, access permissions, and system errors.
  • Follow predefined resolution steps and escalate complex issues.
Key Skills: Required Skill Set:
  • Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with banking workflows and system monitoring.
