Seeking candidates with 2+ yr exp into"

Ticketing , Live calls , Monitoring.

Ticketing tools - (prefer) service now

Excellent Comm skills - English (as the person would be getting calls and querries from overseas (US/EU/Australia)

Important Notes:



Please ensure excellent communication, compatible with US/UK voice process. Any vendor submitting candidates with poor or average communication skills will be disqualified from working on this requirement.



Submission Requirements: Include a clear summary of the candidate's work experience


Experience: 2 years to 5 years of experience in an IT support/help desk environment.


Mandatory experience in Call, Email and Chat service desk support.


Resource will be responsible for handling UK client/ Should have worked in International process.


Excellent communication skills.


Mandatory experience in ticketing system (ServiceNow).



Experience supporting end-users remotely in a fast-paced environment.


Work Shift : 24*7 Rotational.


Work Arrangement: 5 days' work from office


Mode of Interview: L1 -Virtual , L2- Face to Face.



Candidate must be comfortable for Face-to-Face Interview at our Hyderabad office (Only considering candidates from Hyderabad / Telangana) that can come down for inperson L2 round



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
