Job description

Very Good Communication Skills.

Good Analytical Skills.

Understanding the new products quickly and able to provide L1 Support.

Should be able to handle the Production deployments.

Prior Experience in US Customer interaction is must.

Min 2yrs - 5 yrs experience.

Willing to work rotational shifts (Day / Night / Weekends).

Willing to work to meet the strict timelines.

Create and Manage production Support Tickets.

Azure Fundamentals.
