About this opportunity The Domain Support Specialist - L1FM is typically assigned to work with service quality assurance activities in an operations organization ! The main purpose is to take full responsibility for first level system fault restoration. The position is also responsible for configuration changes within the scope of work as delegated by work area responsible ! What you will do Responsible for day-to-day operational performance Ensuring KPI / SLA Fulfillment related to Network & 1st Level trouble-shooting of the events taking place on the network To prioritize faults to meet SLA/WLA NW faults rectification. Work with the other organizational entities like BO RAN, SRF, PM, FO, Field Operations etc. Participates in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets when vital Regular follow up on the events with relevant departments working on it as per the MSTOP process Publishing KPI reports to the MSIP & Internal Mgmt. along with other related teams To be able to efficiently use Library like Alex, NED, HDEX etc. Tools- ITSM, MYCOM, MATE & Enable. You will bring At least 1 - 7 years\' experience in Telecom. Significant part of this experience must be in to Telecom Network Education - Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Technical and/or functional skills: GSM, 4G/LTE and 5G Knowledge, Ericsson GSM / AXE, NOKIA, ZTE & Huawei Systems or products. Language skills: Proficiency in Written & Spoken English & Hindi Values and behaviors: Ericsson Core Values, Honesty, Integrity, Positive Attitude, Ability to handle pressure & work in a tough environment a. Technical Competence Telecommunications knowledge e.g. telephony switching principles, traffic concepts, telecommunication networks, signaling and product functional demands. Hands on AXE 810, APZ 212 40, APZ 212 50, APZ 212 60, APZ 214 01/03, APG 40 C/2, APG 40 C/4, APG 43. General understanding of DX200, IPA, Multi controller Traffic cases and Mobile Traffic cases. For complimentary products, broad knowledge of MML and Linux operating systems is crucial.
