Shift Timing- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST
Working Days - 6 days working (Monday- saturday)
1-2+ years of experience in customer-facing IT Support
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Customer-oriented attitude and Excellent communication skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related engineering degree
Fluent English
Ticket Logging Tool knowledge
Basic laptop configurations and repair
Vendor Coordination for logging tickets with OEM and follow up the ticket for closure.
Alert monitoring, Follow-up and closure of the call and enable in the investigation analysis.
TIL knowledge.
Good Knowledge in O365 and M365 apps.
Understanding of Drivers/Patches/Tools download from OEM web site.
Basic Networking and Anti-Virus Support at client side.
Desktop hardware troubleshooting & part replacement.
Printer/Scanner, HUB/Switch Installation.
