About The Role Location: Hyderabad Hybrid About this role: In this role as part of Learning & Talent team, you would manage and administer U4G programs, both in the GxP & non GxP areas and partner with businesses to design effective learning solutions. You will work with stakeholders to identify learning needs, design strategies and stay up-to-date with trends to continuously improve program offerings and drive training compliance. You will work on providing learner support via SNOW tickets and ensure they are closed within the defined SLA. Your responsibilities include but not limited to: Learning and Talent Central Administrator in Novartis Learning and Talent related systems. Perform and deliver high quality GxP and Non GxP training activities in Novartis Learning Management System (Cornerstone on Demand) Maintain compliance to Novartis internal quality standards, relevant regulatory requirements, and service level agreement (SLA). Deliver high-quality service using applications like SNOW, Internal Training Tools, SharePoint etc. Stay apprised with the information on the major ongoing incidents, customer concerns, issues and develop an understanding of recurring incidents and problem tickets. Partnering with the incident workstream leads for process improvements and to ensure recurring incidents are appropriately flagged and problem tickets logged for the same with IT/vendors. Drive and participate in process improvements engagements emerging from the quality case audits. Support the continuous improvement of training practices in order to drive process excellence. Provide support in business requirement gathering and advising for key organization initiatives and drive the projects with customers and within the team as needed. Prepare Monthly / Quarterly/ Yearly trending and reporting of KQI/KPIs as needed Handle/Assist in deviation triage, investigation including report filing, impact assessment, RCA, originate incidents/changes in quality systems and CAPA implementation as needed. Ensure timely completions of mandatory trainings and adherence to compliance policy Ensure all time readiness for customer and internal audits and support customers during audits and inspections by providing training related or other requested documents. Support in knowledge and capability building within the team. Train/Mentor personnel for successful and timely onboarding of new joiners. Role Requirements Essential Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy/Life Sciences/Engineering/Arts/MBA/HR or equivalent from reputed institute. Minimum 4years of experience in Learning, Training, Administration with Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
