The HR - Learning & Development professional is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing employee training and development programs. The role focuses on improving employee skills, performance, and career growth in line with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs through discussions with department heads and performance reviews
Plan and organize internal and external training programs
Coordinate induction and onboarding training for new employees
Maintain training calendars and track employee participation
Arrange trainers, training materials, and logistics
Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness
Maintain training records, reports, and MIS data
Support leadership and behavioral development initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards
Good communication and presentation skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and training methodologies
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Ability to analyze training needs and prepare reports
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
