Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic KYC Verification Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting customer verifications through internal KYC processes, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and company compliance standards. This role demands sharp observational skills, basic knowledge of GST documentation, and a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform KYC verification of clients through internal processes. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines throughout the KYC process. Review, validate, and maintain accurate records of submitted documents. Communicate with customers to request missing or additional information when required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). Basic knowledge of GST and related documentation. Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills. Ability to manage and maintain confidential information responsibly. Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and processes. Looking for stable, long-term employment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Married female candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates residing within a 10 km radius of Sikanderpur Metro Station, located at DLF Grand Mall, Gurugram, are preferred. Candidates seeking long-term stability and career growth within the organisation.
