We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive with strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate will have experience with Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and be able to support various administrative functions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the KYC process by collecting and verifying customer information and documentation and account opening process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports and analyses data using Excel to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with front office teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Respond to internal and external inquiries related to KYC and other administrative tasks.
Support the development and implementation of back-office procedures to enhance efficiency.
Perform data entry and maintain databases with a high level of accuracy.
Assist in various administrative tasks as required by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in a back-office role or similar administrative position.
Strong understanding of KYC regulations and processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
