Responsibilities :- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring effective positioning and brand messaging across various media channels.- Assist in development and execution of annual PR and marketing plans supporting business objectives.- Craft compelling and engaging content for Press releases, content distribution channels, and other communication channels.- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and other key stakeholders to generate positive media coverage and secure media placements.- Proactively identify PR and marketing opportunities and coordinate participation to maximize brand exposure.- Monitor media coverage and industry trends and leverage opportunities for positive brand positioning.- Plan and execute media interactions- Track and analyse PR and marketing campaign performance- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative PR and marketing techniques to continuously improve the effectiveness of our strategies- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.- Engage with vendors/external agencies as and when required.Candidate Profile :- Bachelor\'s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR and media management, preferably within the fashion industry.- Proven track record of successful PR strategies, media placements and influencer partnerships.- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and content creation trends.- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities- Creative thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to PR strategies.
