Role Overview:

The Kumon English Instructor will be responsible for guiding students through the Kumon Method, helping them build strong reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills. This role requires a commitment to fostering independent learning and ensuring students develop confidence in their abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Kumon English instruction, ensuring students progress effectively. Evaluate performance through worksheet assessments and provide tailored support. Encourage self-learning by guiding students in problem-solving and critical thinking. Maintain and update student records while communicating progress with parents. Conduct sessions in-person or online, adapting teaching methods as needed. Assist in outreach initiatives, including educational events and community engagement. Participate in ongoing Kumon Method training to refine instructional techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field (required). Strong command of the English language with excellent reading and writing skills(required). Passion for working with children. Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Prior teaching experience or familiarity with the Kumon Method is an advantage.
Work Hours(can be tailored):

Monday to Friday: 12:00 - 7:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Sundays and KUMON Holidays are OFF
Additional Details:

Female candidates preferred. Training provided for suitable candidates.
Requirements:

Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Bellandur before starting. Minimum 1 year of teaching or work experience (preferred).
