The ideal candidate should have basic design knowledge, a good sense of aesthetics, and eagerness to learn and grow.Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:- Create social media posts, banners, infographics, and marketing materials.- Design layouts for digital and print assets.- Assist in branding projects-logos, brochures, presentations, etc.- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms.Video Editing:- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, and campaigns.- Add transitions, text overlays, effects, and background music.- Work with the marketing/content team to develop video concepts.- Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).Additional Tasks- Collaborate with writers, marketers, and other team members.- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- Stay updated with current design trends and content formats.Required Skills:- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools like Figma/Canva/DaVinci Resolve).- Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.- Creativity and willingness to learn.- Good communication and time-management skills.Preferred (Not Mandatory):- Knowledge of motion graphics.- Experience with social media content creation.- Photography or basic animation skills.Education:- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field.
