Altruist Business Hotel is seeking a dedicated and responsible

KST Supervisor

to join our team at our Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will be strong-minded, dependable, and capable of managing kitchen stewarding operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the kitchen stewarding team and daily operations Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all kitchen and dishwashing areas Coordinate with chefs and other departments for smooth workflow Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment Train and guide staff to follow safety and hygiene protocols Maintain records and assist with audits or inspections

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a KST Supervisor or in a similar role Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to handle pressure and manage a team effectively Must be reliable, punctual, and proactive
