Job Description

Kitchen Steward/Dishwasher:

Operates dishwashers, cleans kitchenware, sweeps/mops, manages trash, assists cooks, ensures hygiene.

Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor:

Oversees daily operations, manages staff, monitors cleanliness, handles inventory (china, silver), trains staff.

Kitchen Stewarding Manager/Chief Steward:

Leads the entire department, manages operations, budgets, staff scheduling, performance, and ensures high standards and compliance.
Core Responsibilities

Hygiene & Sanitation:

Maintaining spotless kitchen, dishwashing areas, and equipment according to health codes.

Cleaning:

Washing dishes, cutlery, glassware; cleaning floors, surfaces, equipment; managing waste disposal.

Operations:

Setting up/breaking down service areas, food/drink delivery support, managing supplies (detergents, linens).

Leadership (Managerial):

Training, scheduling, performance management, motivating staff, achieving department goals.

Inventory:

Tracking and ordering kitchenware, supplies, and equipment; managing inventory flow.

Coordination:

Liaising with F&B, chefs, and management for smooth service.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
