Kitchen Steward Supervisor
to lead our stewarding team and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the kitchen stewarding team.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
Monitor proper handling, storage, and disposal of kitchen materials.
Assist in inventory management and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a KST Supervisor or in a similar stewarding role.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a team effectively and maintain discipline.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
