Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily kitchen stewarding operations ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
Manage stewarding staff scheduling, training, and performance.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment.
Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste following hotel and government norms.
Support kitchen and F&B operations during service to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with the Engineering team for maintenance of dishwashing and other stewarding equipment.
Uphold brand standards and compliance with HACCP and food safety norms.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setup.
Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.
