KST Manager
to lead our Kitchen Stewarding operations and ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and efficiency across all F&B areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all kitchen stewarding operations across outlets and banquets.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchens, storage, and dishwashing areas.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and kitchen equipment.
Coordinate with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Implement and monitor hygiene, safety, and waste management procedures.
Train and motivate stewarding staff to deliver consistent performance.
Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of dishwashing machines and related equipment.
Control breakage, reduce wastage, and optimize resources effectively.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in kitchen stewarding, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong understanding of hotel hygiene and HACCP standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to plan, organize, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
