Job Description

Job Title: Kitchen Steward (KST)

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the kitchen while supporting chefs with basic back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations. Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper storage of cleaned items. Maintain cleanliness of floors, waste areas, and kitchen surroundings. Handle waste segregation and ensure timely garbage disposal. Assist chefs in basic food prep tasks (when required). Follow hygiene, safety, and SOP guidelines at all times. Maintain proper inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
