Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction projects o Strong knowledge of K-Smart (Kerala Smart Building Permit System) o Proficiency in 2D & 3D drawings o AutoCAD o SketchUp / relevant 3D software o Ability to handle site coordination and drawings independently o Good communication and teamwork skills
Preparation and review of 2D & 3D drawings o Handling K-Smart related documentation & approvals o Site supervision and coordination with project teams o Ensuring work quality and timely execution
