Your tasks

• Functional and disciplinary leadership of the IM Workplace Design department
• Conception, planning, implementation, and further development of an innovative IT
• workplace
• Analysis and evaluation of new technologies, especially in the IT workplace
• environment
• Implementation of necessary optimization projects within own area of responsibility
• Active resource management, including leading, mentoring, upskilling as per technology needs
• Further development of process and service thinking to improve internal processes
• Management of external service providers for IT services
• Communication and coordination with other specialist and IM departments
• Active schedule and cost management

Your profile

Education

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a comparable qualification

Experience

• Industry Experience of 10-12 years in Infrastructure Workplace Design as Lead/Manager in a global setup
• Min. 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in building, managing & leading team to drive results
• Several years of professional experience in the IT field with proven Management
• experience in IT projects
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure and applications in the client area
• In-depth technical IT expertise and min. 5+ years of experience, especially in the IT
• workplace area and the following technologies
• Excellence in written and verbal communication
• Proven expertise in analyzing upcoming industry trends and conceptualizing and implementing out of the box solutions to fit business need
