Only the person having experience in NGO will be entertained. Local cadidate will be preferred.
Identify potential farmers and organizing farmer into FIGs (The farmers who are interested to use the Climate SMART Agriculture.
Conduct awareness workshop (Min 50 workshops with 25 potential farmers in each workshop) on Climate SMART Agriculture solutions/products.
Provide good quality lead of farmers who wish to take credit support and ready to buy CSA products as per the monthly target shared by the Head office.
Once finance has disbursed, coordinate with the service providers and ensure the product reaches to farmers.
100% utilization of finance in the purchase of Climate SMART Agriculture Products.
Ensure 100% farmers use the Climate SMART Agriculture Products in their farm land
Make daily field visit.
Understand issues and challenges of field team related to identification of potential farmers, screening of farmers, conducting workshop on CSA, generating lead and ensuring utilization and build their capacities to deal with that.
100% quality of activities and achievement of above mentioned RESULTS result and target.
Ensure timely data flow from field to project office
Prepare monthly reports and submit it to Manager-CSA
