This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on with platforms like Google Ads and Meta, data-driven, and eager to contribute to growth. Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms- Contribute to broader digital marketing strategy, including campaign planning and channel mix- Monitor and manage budgets, campaign performance, and key metrics like CPC, CPA, and ROAS- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to improve results- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop campaign assets- Track and report performance with actionable insights and recommendations- Monitor brand presence on paid and organic social media channels; coordinate with internal teams on messaging and audience engagement- Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and best practicesRequirements:- 3-5 years of experience in paid digital marketing- Proven track record of running performance campaigns with measurable impact- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively- Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus (ref:updazz.com)
