Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Android Developer (Kotlin)

to contribute to

Large Language Model (LLM) training, fine-tuning, and evaluation

using high-quality proprietary data.

Key Responsibilities

Design and generate high-quality prompts, responses, and Kotlin/Android code solutions for LLM training and evaluation. Create, review, and refine

Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT)

datasets with strong technical accuracy and logical clarity. Perform

RLHF evaluations

by comparing multiple LLM outputs, ranking responses, and providing structured feedback with clear reasoning. Develop evaluation strategies and benchmarks to assess model quality, alignment, and correctness. Produce clear explanations and rationales to support evaluation outcomes. Ensure outputs follow best practices in modular design, scalability, readability, security, and testing. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve dataset quality and model alignment.

Required Skills and Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in

Kotlin and Android development

Solid understanding of

Android architecture and clean code principles

Ability to write

high-quality, secure, and maintainable code

Excellent technical reasoning and documentation skills Experience evaluating or reviewing

AI-generated code
