Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new investment proposals, proposal evaluation, devising investment strategy and structuring and presenting proposals to Investment Committee.
- Managing the life-cycle of investments viz., origination, investing, managing portfolio and exits, if required.
- Conceptualizing investment thesis and developing business models/plans for potential investments.
- Negotiating key terms of investment, managing the entire due diligence process, and negotiating the definitive documents.
- Maximizing returns on investment and proactively implementing alternate strategies for improving investment performance / avoiding stress.
- Managing a team. Responsible for timely mentoring and training of junior team members, enabling growth of the organization/team.
Requirements:
- 10-12 years of experience in investing / credit evaluation
- CA/ MBA from premier institute
