Kosa is hiring Junior Graphic DesignerAbout Us:We are an innovative skin, beauty & wellness brand headquartered in Pune, operating an e-commerce platform with multi-brand retail services across India and a signature facial spa (skin studio). We are a dynamic team looking to grow our physical presence and expand to Mumbai & Delhi.:A Visual Designer at KOSA is responsible for shaping the visual aspects of the brand across the website, packaging, and all communication materials, including defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics such as layouts, illustrations, logos, and photos. This role requires the ability to support day-to-day designing activities and consistently produce creative materials that align with the brand ethos.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Conceptualization & Prototyping - Plan and illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copyProfessional Development - Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.Creative Asset Production - Create a wide range of digital assets like graphics, layouts, photos, and videos.Physical & Product Design - Design production-ready packaging materials with structural integrity, ensuring compliance with brand and printing standards.Internal Stakeholder Collaboration - Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through the completion of a project.Vendor & External Partner Management - Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. to complete projects.Visual Asset Management - Maintain the visual library, brand identity and guidelines.Market Awareness - Monitor industry trends and assist in digital marketing strategy and brand awareness exercises.Profile:Experience: Minimum of 1 year in graphic or visual design.- Proven track record of successfully implementing design elements in marketing strategies.Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, or a related creative field.Industry: Preferred background within the Beauty and Hospitality industry.Skills: - Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), CorelDRAW, video editing suites, Google Suite, and MS Office (specifically PPTx) and familiarity with 3D/Rendering tools like Blender3D or similar. - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. - Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on proficiency with modern design software.If interested please share your updated resume (ref:updazz.com)
