An exciting opportunity for a bilingual professional fluent in Korean and English to lead Logistics EXIM Operations (Air/Ocean Import & Export/Customs Clearance). This role requires a strong background in logistics and customer management, particularly with Korean customers in the manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, safeguarding compliance, and managing customer relationships with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities * Manage and nurture relationships with Korean clients, ensuring customer satisfaction with tailored solutions.

• Identify logistics issues, analyze root causes, and provide effective and timely resolutions.
• Deliver accurate updates, reports, and professional communications in PPT, Excel, and Word.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and operational standards.
• Anticipate and address potential logistics challenges with a proactive, urgent mindset.
• Demonstrate persuasive communication skills in negotiations and client interactions.

Requirements * Graduate degree (preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration).

• 3+ years of experience in logistics operations and customer management (preferably with Korean clients in manufacturing).
• Fluency in Korean and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to prepare clear, logical, and impactful presentations and reports.
