This role requires a deep understanding of Korean cooking techniques, flavors, and presentation styles to deliver an authentic dining experience to our guests.
Prepare and present authentic Korean dishes with consistency and high quality.
Create and innovate new Korean recipes while preserving traditional flavors.
Supervise food preparation, portioning, and plating to maintain presentation standards.
Ensure proper use and storage of specialty Korean ingredients (e.g., gochujang, doenjang, kimchi, seaweed, etc.).
Train and guide junior chefs in Korean cooking techniques.
Keep up with evolving culinary trends in Korean cuisine and apply them to enhance the menu.
