Experience Over 1 years of experience in designing and developing conversational AI solutions using Kore.ai, with expertise in creating chatbot and IVR flows.


Actively engaged in developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and regularly providing status updates to clients.


Technical Skills Proficient in developing conversational AI solutions using Kore.ai, with strong experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining chatbot and IVR conversation flows.


Skilled in debugging conversational logic and optimizing user interactions.


Familiar with Agile methodologies and effective in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.


Good to Have Skills Good understanding of IVR and chatbot design, conversation flow , NLP tuning, and user experience best practices.


Experience with IVR testing tools such as Cyara.


Understanding of prompt engineering techniques for improving responses from conversational AI models.


Experienced in working any of the databases like Oracle / SQL etc
