Key Responsibilities
Identify relevant influencers on
Instagram, YouTube, Telegram
, and other emerging platforms.
Approach influencers with well-structured pitches and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Build a strong database of potential and existing KOLs.
Maintain
professional + friendly
relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators.
Act as the single point of contact for influencers during campaign planning and execution.
Regularly check in with influencers to maintain trust and open communication.
Collaborate with influencers on creative concepts, scripts, content ideas, and campaign execution.
Ensure influencers' content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and objectives.
Work with influencers to set up offline events, meetups, workshops, and on-ground activations in different cities.
Work closely with marketing, content, design, and product teams to align influencer campaigns with brand goals.
Share feedback from influencers and audiences with internal teams for product/community improvement.
Strategically manage budgets allocated for influencer collaborations and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in
Influencer Marketing / KOL Management
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers.
Creative mindset with the ability to propose trending content ideas.
The candidate must have prior experience working with finance and crypto influencers.
Experience in organizing events is a plus.
