This role is part of the knowledge and effectiveness team who own all HR Operations processes.This role will work for a Project Manager based in Cluj identifying and implementing automation solutions to reduce manual work and increase accuracy in people services processes. It will work in a matrix with the HR Technology team but will be 100% dedicated to driving efficiency in the HSCC and Cluj Hub.Key Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with People Services team to identify use cases for automation
• Identify best approach for automation using tooling available within approved suite of tools
• Work with HR Technology team to ensure alignment with approach
• Build automation in a non-production environment
• Complete testing and ensure evidence of successful testing
• Create a repository of all code and store according to best practice in GitHub or equivalent
• Work with knowledge and effectiveness specialists to document any changes to processes and end users have sufficient training
• Move automation to production and provide ongoing support

• Automation specialist with significant experience of having worked in a shared services environment
• Ability to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Experience of Workday HCM essential
• Experience of relevant packages e.g. UI Path, GitHub, BluePrism, Snowflake etc.
• Able to explain complex technical solutions in a simple and digestible way
• Able to work cross functionally and in a matrix environment
• Experience of automation in a multinational, multi-hub company
