1. Hands-on Experience in Application Upgrade

3. Able to troubleshoot and provide fix

5. Work with team on impediments
6. Identify Risks and discuss with Lead / Manager
7. Monitor Third Party Tools & Components for End of Life and provide suggestions / alternative options.
