Track daily production progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.

Efficiency Optimization:

Identify and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
2. Quality Control:

Quality Standards:

Ensure fabrics and garments meet established quality standards through regular inspections and testing.

Defect Identification and Resolution:

Collaborate with the Quality Control team to identify and resolve defects, implementing corrective actions.

Preventive Measures:

Implement measures to prevent recurring quality issues and ensure consistent product quality.
3. Team Supervision:
