Job Description

We are seeking a

highly skilled and technical Klaviyo Email & SMS Marketing Manager

to lead our lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, build, and manage

automated email & SMS flows

(welcome, abandon cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) in

Klaviyo

Optimize

email/SMS deliverability

, inbox placement, and open rates using best practices and technical configurations (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) Develop and execute

A/B tests

to continuously improve click-through and conversion rates Analyze campaign results and provide insights to improve

LTV, retention, and customer engagement

Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing, branded communications Manage

Klaviyo integrations

with platforms like

Shopify, Recharge, Gorgias

, etc. Ensure

SMS compliance

with TCPA, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM regulations Grow and segment email & SMS lists using popups, quizzes, and lead gen strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in

email & SMS marketing

in an eCommerce environment Deep technical understanding of

Klaviyo

, including

custom flows, segmentation, analytics

, and integrations Hands-on experience with

SMS platforms

(Klaviyo SMS, Postscript, Attentive, etc.) Strong grasp of email deliverability tools, strategies, and compliance regulations An analytical mindset with proficiency in using

data dashboards and attribution models

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor email customization is a plus Experience with

Shopify

or other DTC eCommerce platforms

Preferred:

Klaviyo Certification(s) Experience working with

international e-commerce brands

Knowledge of

conversion rate optimization (CRO)

strategies for lifecycle campaigns
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
