Summary:A graphic artist or designer is responsible for creating visual content that communicates messages and ideas effectively, and should have strong artistic skills, a keen eye for detail, creativity, proficiency in design software, and the ability to communicate ideas visually.Key responsibilities:- Create visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.- Design PowerPoint presentations and decks that effectively communicate key messages and data.- Develop creative concepts and designs for promotional materials, including banners, flyers, and advertisements.- Design and layout website elements, ensuring a consistent and professional look.- Work closely with web developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing channels.- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.- Work with clients to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects).- Experience with web design tools and software (e.g., Sketch, Figma).- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.- Ability to manage time efficiently, meet project deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
