Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or manually.
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and food preparation areas, including floors, walls, and equipment.
Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks as needed (e.g., peeling, portioning).
Remove trash and recyclables regularly and ensure proper waste disposal.
Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies in designated areas.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and resort policies
