Key Responsibilities
Assist senior chefs in daily food preparation and cooking activities
Follow standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times
Assist in mise en place and kitchen setup for service
Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment
Learn and adhere to kitchen SOPs and safety procedures
Support the team during peak service hours
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management, Catering, or Culinary Arts (preferred)
Freshers are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge or interest in the assigned cuisine section
Willingness to learn and work in shifts
Good attitude, teamwork, and communication skills
