Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations
Prepare and cook meals across
South Indian, North Indian & Continental cuisines
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
Monitor kitchen inventory, order supplies, and manage stock rotation
Train and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain quality and consistency
Control food costs and reduce kitchen wastage
Manage service flow and ensure timely food preparation
Operate and maintain kitchen systems (order tracking, stock entry, etc.)
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years
of experience in cooking and kitchen supervision
Proven expertise in
South Indian, North Indian & Continental cuisines
System knowledge is mandatory
(basic computer/kitchen POS usage)
Strong leadership, time management, and team coordination skills
Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, or during peak demand
