Qahwa Restaurant, under Jeelife International Venture, is looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to manage kitchen operations, ensure food quality and hygiene standards, supervise kitchen staff, and support smooth day-to-day functioning of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff activities
Ensure food preparation and presentation meet quality standards
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times
Monitor kitchen inventory, stock levels, and raw material usage
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager for smooth operations
Train kitchen staff on SOPs, hygiene, and safety practices
Ensure timely preparation and service of food orders
Minimize wastage and control food costs
Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
